After several attempts at college and a virus roaming around mid-2021, I stepped away from the academic route altogether. Not from a lack of interest, but because I have always learned by doing. Building, experimenting, and figuring things out along the way.
Coming from UI UX development, film school, and HKU, one thing was clear. I wanted to create something. To bring color, emotion, and narrative into otherwise ordinary processes.
I followed my curiosity into an IT agency focused on digital products. From websites and custom software to apps, UI UX, 3D, extended reality, and game development. They needed an all round creative, and for the first time I was given space to explore.
Like everyone, life leaves its marks.
Certain events shaped the way I see the world. Deepening my sensitivity, perspective, and connection to people.
It made me more aware of what happens around me. Emotions, small moments, and how they intertwine. I want to translate that.
What began in studio direction moved toward commercial filmmaking, and along the way expanded into cinematography, editing, color grading, and audio design. I learned how digital products are built from the inside out and how storytelling, design, and motion could strengthen solutions. Video became my language and a way to translate emotion, strategy, and identity into something that touches.
Along the way, I partnered up with my good friend Stijn. Together we started Creative one Studio. A social-first video production designed for the media landscape of 2026.
Today, I run two video production agencies specialized in commercial and film, collaborate with inspiring creatives, and co-founded Klanq Hi-Fi.
My dream is to make an inspiring film one day and combine all the things life showed me along the way and I am still driven by the same idea as when i started.

Since I was young, I always found it difficult to choose the right direction regarding my career. All my friends around me knew exactly what they wanted to do. I found that hard.
I just started doing something I was good at: hospitality.
I could always work hard; it was never too much. But deep down, I knew this wasn't it. There was more than this. I had more ambition. At a later age, I always said that I wanted to make something. Being creative, but how and what? No idea. It is a broad term, being creative.
After my trip around half the world, seeing much of the world, I knew what I wanted to do: capturing images, moments, and stories. Then I immediately realized that I had always been interested in film and photography in the past.
But how do you start something like that?
By doing it yourself and by keeping at it. After having some jobs, I noticed that I was good at this. I noticed that I had an eye for it, and most importantly: I got energy from it. From conceptualizing to editing, I liked everything.
Along the way, I got to talking with an old, good friend, Jente. After a number of projects together, we decided to join forces and set up two companies together: Tinnic Studios and Creative One Studio. Two with different purposes, but both run by two guys with a lot of passion and talent.
